3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard household brushes, our MOQ is usually 500–1,000 pieces per model. For industrial brushes, MOQ can be as low as 100–200 pieces, or even 50 pieces for large custom brushes. Low MOQ is acceptable for sample or trial orders. Contact us to discuss your needs.

4. What materials do you use for your brushes?

We use a wide range of materials: nylon, PP, PET, PBT, steel wire, stainless steel wire, brass wire, abrasive nylon, natural fibers (horsehair, tampico, palmyra), and more. Bristle material and filament diameter can be customized based on your application (e.g., cleaning, deburring, polishing, painting).

5. Can you quote in other currencies (USD, EUR, JPY, etc.)?

Yes. We mainly quote in USD, but we can also provide prices in EUR, GBP, JPY, or your local currency based on the real-time exchange rate.

Yes. The unit price decreases as the quantity increases. Please tell us your estimated order volume, and we will give you the best bulk price accordingly.

7. What is your sample policy? Will the sample fee be refunded?

We charge a sample fee and shipping cost for initial samples. However, once you place your first bulk order, the sample fee will be fully refunded (or deducted from the order amount). So the sample is effectively free for first-time bulk buyers.

8. How long is your lead time?

For standard products in stock: 3–7 days. For mass production: usually 15–30 days after sample approval. Exact lead time depends on the quantity and customization level. We will confirm with you when placing the order.

9. Do you accept custom / OEM / ODM orders?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom brushes. You can provide a drawing, sample, or just describe your application (e.g., conveyor brush for food industry, roller brush for vacuum cleaner). Our engineers will recommend the best filament, trim length, core type, and mounting option.

10. What are your payment terms?

Typical payment terms: 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer), balance before shipment or against copy of B/L. For small orders, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or 100% upfront. L/C at sight is also acceptable for larger orders.

Our brushes can be manufactured to meet RoHS, REACH, FDA (for food contact), or other standards as required. Please let us know your market’s requirements.

15. How are the brushes packaged for shipping?

Standard packaging: polybag + inner box + export carton. For industrial brushes, we also use wooden frames or pallets to prevent deformation. Custom packaging and private label (your logo on box) are available.
