Bristle Blaster Belts consist of a high performance polyamide fabric.

The U-shaped bristles made of carbon spring steel or of stainless steel are anchored in the belt.The Bristle Blaster belts are highly flexible which ensures a high level of safety and a long service life.

Bristle Blaster Belt 23 mm (High carbon spring steel) - 0.7 mm High carbon spring steel wire, tips angled and sharpened.

Bristle Blaster Belt 11 mm (High carbon spring steel) - 0.7 mm High carbon spring steel wire, tips angled and sharpened.

Designed for difficult to reach areas (90° angles, fillet welds).

Features:

 Immediately after the bristle tips strike the surface, they retract from the surface, which results in both corrosion removal and micro-indentation that exposes fresh surface.

 Consequently, surfaces that have been treated by Bristle Blasting have a texture and visual cleanliness that mimics those obtained by traditional grit blasting processes.
